     Yes, they are. This requirement came into force on 1 January 2026.

T     he Lithuanian Classification of Occupations states that massage therapists provide clients with advice on necessary aftercare following a massage, manage client data and maintain records of massage sessions. These tasks imply that massage therapists are required to have a command of the official language at A2 level.
